MOTION SIMULATORS

GosNIIAS is involved in the development and production of hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) simulators, in particular, multi-axis motion simulators imitating aircraft attitude motion relative to its center of mass and multiband threat emitter motion simulators reproducing line of sight angular motion.

GosNIIAS HWIL simulators feature high static and dynamic accuracy of motion simulation achieved through the use of state-of-the-art actuator packages, digital control systems with embedded powerful computers and dedicated software, and high-accuracy angular displacement sensors.

The control system provides: simulator motion control in accordance with motion trajectory preset in real time; current state control and display; protection in emergency situations; simulator testing; test data archiving.

GosNIIAS offers HWIL simulators delivery and after-sales service.

Over the last 15 years GosNIIAS has manufactured and updated over 60 high-end HWIL simulators. Among our customers are Tactical Missiles Corporation JSC (Korolyov, Moscow region), Temp-Avia Arzamas Research & Production Association (Arzamas), Concern Granit-Electron JSC (Saint-Petersburg), A. Y. Bereznyak Raduga Engineering Design Bureau (Dubna, Moscow region), I.I.
